The Process
Initial consultations are pre-arranged and free of charge. This can be a generous session where we establish the requirements of the project and an ensuing brief. At this stage it is usually possible for us to give an accurate assessment of feasibility for any proposed development.
During the consultation we can begin to map out the process ahead, from scheme design through to actual building. Following this, we provide a fee proposal for our services going forward which may include the following:

Most projects will require the appointment of other consultants. Over the years we have established working relationships with first-rate consultants and are able to recommend a range of professionals as needed.

We work with many excellent building firms and tradesmen and can recommend the right people to suit your project. All of the professionals we recommend are happy to show examples of their previous work and introduce you to their own clients.

Work with Us
In addition to architectural work, Baskerville Architects also undertakes property management. We can organise funding, development and ongoing maintenance, including financial management of property. We have ongoing relationships with a number of overseas clients, managing portfolios of properties in central London.
Baskerville Architects does not accept financial incentives from suppliers or builders; other parties are introduced solely on the merits of their work or services. This policy ensures that our recommendations and negotiations are purely in the interests of our clients, to guarantee quality and value for money.
