Streatham High Road

The Picture House is a mixed development of 62 flats, a restaurant and leisure centre. The splendid 1930s Art Deco Odeon Cinema façade and foyer is grade two listed.  It retains part of the original cinema, now accommodating the restaurant unit.  The basement and ground floor leisure unit is now occupied by Fitness First. The contract value of the project was in the region of £10 million.
