Refurbishment of a two bedroom lower ground floor apartment of one of the large mansion blocks on Basil Street. A long standing client of the practice acquired this new two bedroom flat and wanted to refurbish it for the rental market to appeal to either young professionals or corporate client wanting to be based in the heart of Knightsbridge.
