This grade two listed Georgian terrace house is situated in the conservation off Montpellier Road directly opposite Harrods. The whole house was completely refurbished while care was taken to maintain and repair the period features covered by the Westminster Planners listing. The final effect is home which balances the fine proportions and unique light of the traditional London Georgian house with a cool and contemporary interior style.

 As the client was not in the country while the work was being done Baskerville Architects project managed the whole process from tendering the work through to completion. Ninety percent of the client liaison was via e-mail.
